Oil painting on panel depicting the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, focusing on the vertical rock faces and chromatic variations characteristic of the Dolomite formations. The forms are constructed through a compact and layered application of paint, highlighting the contrast between shaded areas and illuminated surfaces. The lower area of the composition presents a rocky plateau rendered with ochre and brown tones, structured through overlapping brushstrokes. The peaks rise vertically and are modelled using browns and yellows, while the pale, uniform sky frames the group and emphasizes its vertical development.
