Old Tirolean Painted Chest

Antique painted chest, partially restored. The background is decorated with imitation wood, reproducing a herringbone veneer in four stages. On the front, two side panels contain rich cups of flowers and garlands.
In the center, a third vertical panel contains an oval in which a village with a bell tower is represented. On the sides and on the top there are tiles with faux marble decoration. On the sides, moreover, two handles in wrought iron, also original, which have the function of facilitating transport. Original and working lock. Partially restored.
