Description:

Antique painted furniture made of spruce wood, dated 1815. The structure is conceived as a vertical body with a single door featuring framed paneling, resting on a solid, slightly projecting base and finished at the top with a moulded cornice. The surface is decorated with polychromy on a green-grey ground, articulated by red fillets accentuating the frames, uprights, and panels. The central panels of the door and the side bands display stylized floral motifs, hand-painted within ornamental vases. The original iron hardware, including the lock and its working key, retains a uniform oxidized patina.

Work carried out on all our furniture:
– Structural restoration: reconstruction of small missing parts, closure of any cracks on the back panel, consolidation of deteriorated areas, inspection and repair of the hardware.
– Thorough anti-woodworm treatment.
– Cleaning and sanitization of the interior.
– External finish with natural beeswax.
– Internal finish with shellac, a natural alcohol-based varnish.

Customizations:
Upon request, it is possible to agree on:
– the desired level of restoration;
– interior customization (addition of hanging rails, shelves, dividers, etc.).
